The programme

Clear structure. Engaging delivery.

Designed to make purposeful movement easier to join and return to.

How the session is shaped

Purposeful practice, made more inviting.

The six sections provide a repeatable route through arrival, mobility, posture, weight shift, rhythm and reflection. GYF’s facilitation style adds music, clear visual cues and social interaction so that the session feels like a positive community activity rather than a clinical exercise prescription.

A partner discussion establishes the room arrangement, use of chairs, group profile, access needs and the responsibilities of the venue and facilitator. The programme can then be introduced through a supported pilot, followed by permissioned participant feedback and a practical review with the partner team.
