Music & Movement for older-adult communities.
Welcoming group sessions using music, ribbons, fans, rhythm sticks, tambourines and shared movement.
A flexible experience shaped around your group.
GYF discusses the setting, participant profile, space, access considerations and preferred timing before recommending an appropriate format. The result may be a focused single experience, a themed half-day, a seasonal workshop or a sequence that residents can recognise and anticipate.
Sessions are designed to create visible moments of participation without requiring every resident to take part in the same way. Making, listening, watching, conversation, seated movement and supported standing can all belong within one thoughtfully facilitated experience.
